Spring Awakening is about teenage rebellion featuring the frank portrayal of “abortion, homosexuality, rape, child abuse and suicide”. According to wikipedia (which article you can click here) the play was banned in Germany, but believe it or not, it is showing, or soon to be showed in Singapore!
The play features/d some of the youngest and latest addition of the local theatre scenes like Nathan Hartono and Julia Abueva. Team RAP caught the show and will be writing a review about it!
