RAP has been modifying our aim for the year 2012 and one question we have is “is there a need for queer culture”. Of course the answer is yes, but why. Our current stand is that visual is an agent of change. This has been apparent in various political, social and even more obvious in economical field of interest. Advertising and popular culture for example.
