377A allowed to be challenged

BREAKING: Court of Appeal has reversed Justice Lai Siu Chu’s decision to allow the striking out of M Ravi’s challenge to s377a. Justice Lai had, in the 2011 decision of Tan Eng Hong v PP, ruled that the challenge should be struck out on the grounds that there was no real controversy before the courts.
